Mattress cover from FBM

I have my mattress configuration pretty much set up but Im trying to decide on the zip-top cover.� I know FBM will make the cover to any thickness you need but Im wondering if I should give myself a little extra space in that cover due to thickness variations.

My mattress will be 3 layers at a total of 9" thick.� Should I get my cover exactly 9" or 10"?

Any input is appreciated.
