I have sciatic pain and am having a hard time finding a matress that works.  I know I need somewhat firm, but don't know if I can go too firm.  I was also wondering if it could be the pillow.  Is foam better then coil matresses.  I tried memory foam, but it did'nt work, eventhough I only tried one type of density.  Any suggestions? Thanks. Tim
