1. What ILD latex topper would provide pressure point relief for people with low back pain?
2. What latex would be good as a topper - Dunlop or talalay?
3. What thickness topper would be suitable and provide pressure point relief for people with low back pain?
My weight is 205 pounds.
I guess it has gone up from constant stress due to very poor sleep as everyday I wake up with aches all over my body with no zero energy.
All due to my bed. My mattress is killing me slowly.
