I am currently interested in the Simmons World Class Paris Plush Firm model @ Sleep Train.  I was reading other posts in this forum talking about sleeping hot on memory foam and I am concerned with this.  I live in Southern California and due to the weather I tend to sleep hot.  The Simmons Paris has memory foam in it and I am interested in finding something similar with latex instead.  Anyone know what would be comparable to this?  Also, would the comfort change going from memory foam to latex?  If so, how?  Thanks for the feedback.
