Help with SI pain please!

Hi all,

I could really use advice on what to do with bed to relieve SI pain.  Am 5'10", 150 lbs, 56 yrs, side-sleeper.  Bed consists of 2" of 4lb Aero memory foam on box spring with a 3" topper of ILD 22 FBM latex on top of memory foam.  This has done a good job of relieving pressure spots that I used to have, but it is not relieving sacro-iliac pain.  I've tried placing carpet square, towels, and one or two 1/2" pieces (14"x28") of basic polyurethane foam under  either latex or memory foam under my mid-section.  None of these approaches is alleviating SI pain.  Any other suggestions out there, other than not lying down in bed at night?

Thanks.
