Found two mattresses--need help with decision!

So, I am thinking about two mattresses that i found, but wary because they're being discontinued (something like that) and thus the great deal--AND no refund! Keep in mind that I'm looking for a bed that has NO motion transfer, but even I seem to feel some motion on a TempurPedic (tried it in store)!!!

One is Nature's Rest latex mattress with soy core (i forget the name of it)...Feels good, a little soft, some motion. Other one is Spring Air memory foam, 5.2 density (a little less than TempurPedic). Felt good, even though i'm not a huge fan of memory foam, but i could still feel movement (from sales dude). I guess if i can feel movement in memory foam mattress, there really are no ideal options for me!

I'm not sure i can buy either bed due to no refund/exchange...they're being offered for $750 each, as they're the last models on floor. I'm considering these models because i think they'll offer less motion than an innerspring, and will hold up longer, too.

Will Foam By Mail offer me the same quality as these? Maybe that's a better option...?
