After reviewing numerous posts on this forum I decided to give it a shot and assemble my own mattress. This is a full or double mattress.

As of today I have received the ebay latex and the two pieces of foam from foamdistributing.com. The other two pieces are scheduled to be delivered Monday.
Here are some pictures of what I have received so far(sorry for the poor image quality, they were taken with a cheap cell phone):
The ebay latex – Sturdy box and well packed
The ebay latex, some minor molding flaws and pin hole flaws. Overall it seems to be good quality. The only tag on it is the medium tag in one corner.
The foamdistributing packaging. Not as nice but the foam was protected.
The two pieces of foam. Size and quality seem fine.
Just by look and feel I'm happy so far. The real test will come once I've put it all together an slept on it.
I'll keep you posted and put up pics of the other pieces and the final product.
The ebay latex was shipped, according to fedex, from Tempe, AZ where Sleepez is located. But the return address on the package was in El Cajon. CA. I did a reverse lookup of the phone number on the package and it was a cell phone in Phoenix, AZ.
The invoice from matressess247 was listed as 3" Full Latex -- BLEMS DUNLOP MEDIUM.
