I just ordered it, will return my Bellafina Tempurpedic
Back hurts so bad I am crunched over in pain all day
Hoping that as soon as someone else gets theirs they will report here about it...
I figure I try this, if not good I get 100% return, then at least I will know if I like latex or not...next would be Flobeds or Habitat...if necessary
congrats!
unfortunately we're unlikely to get any f.b. reports from those who recently ordered this one, not before it's too late anyway. because you guys won't even get it shipped before this deal expires on the 3rd, by which time the sale will be over. but especially for you, what's the harm in trying? considering you've bought & returned a couple already, this is as low risk as you can get. i initially disqualified it for me because as k.h. mentions 24ild over 32ild is its "medium/firm" orientation, & being the firmest option possible it still doesn't sound too firm (& the fact that its layers are glued together). but i might give it a try anyway, considering these initial 25%-ild's listed for dunlop vs. talalay are not strictly comparable in terms of support factor, because of their different densities. so i'm convinced there WILL be a significant difference between 24/32 ild of dunlop vs. similar in talalay, because their different densities result in different "support factors" (65/25%). also, why it's not surprising to hear of those trying match a firm dunlop core with a talalay of identical ild & it not being close, or getting a very low ild dunlop that was still way too firm than expected vs. the same ild in talalay etc. then worst case scenario if the science behind htat is wrong & those user reports are made up or exaggerated, we can still return it for 0-loss if it's not firm enough. but ironically the fact that it's dunlop in the first place is my only sticking point now. i just don't like the looks of (some) dunlop examples. whehter what i'm seeing is actually "crumbling", or simply looks like that out of the mold & that's the way i'ts supposed to be, i am just more impressed with the apparent quality anyway of L.I.'s blended talalay. wish i could see a photograph of what's inside this costco natural dunlop mattress.

I thought you said you needed a firm mattress? The Costco mattrress is medium to medium-soft. i have scoliosis in upper back and bad disc lower if too firm my upper back will be in agony and too soft same for lower so, as you can see, it is a guessing game for me

so then what IS the cheapest option to put together ~10" of L.I.in at least x-firm (w/cover)? because honestly the more photos i see of all natural (dunlop anyway) the less i want. green, white, anything.

When I talked to sleepez, they said their talalay was from .Llatex .Iinternational. Of course I would check before buying. I think sleepez is the cheapest I have seen is you want to be able to customize talalay. Cheapest option is to buy indidual layers and terrycloth cover. No warranty if you do it that way (can return in 30 days though). If you want a warranty and the wool filled cover, then you need to buy the "mattress" combo for a bit more money. I think they can get different ILDs, but they might have to order special. Not sure how long it would take.
