Chinese talalaythe leading manufacturer of the latex pillows and mattress toppers in China,
but can cores and toppers be far behind? Looks like they do toppers already.

Looks like they do toppers already. Where do you see that? They say they make pillows and toppers, and they claim to use both the talalay and dunlop processes, but they don't claim to make toppers with the talalay process. I have only specifically seen the word talalay used in combination with pillows with regards to Chinese manufacturers. Now it stands to reason that they are also making cores, and therefore toppers, using the talalay process, but this would be only an assumption.
