Anyone know the Costco cuddlebed fiber content?

Am thinking of getting one but wonder if there is synthetic fill in the cotton cover. Anyone out there know? They do not list the fiber content, only the cover as cotton.
Why put synthetic fiber on our expensive organic latex?
