Does anyone know the effective ILD and the actual thickness of the FloBed convoluted topper. Are the FloBed topper(s) different if you order the Natural Deluxe versus the Posture Deluxe bed? Are they the same thickness (Natural vs Posture.....finished sizes are 3/4" different???  Just the core thickness difference 2.8 vs 3.0 times 3 layers = 8.4 (Posture) versus 9.0 (Natural)  that leaves 2.85" for the Posture Deluxe Convoluted topper plus overall cover thickness and 3.0" for the Natural Deluxe Convoluted topper plus the overall cover thickness. Both descriptions state the convoluted topper is *2" thick. (Not sure what the asterisk is for.) so am I to assume the difference is cover thickness only?

Flobeds toll free number is 1800-356-2337. Dave or Dewey Turner will  answer the phone. They will be more than glad to answer any questions you may have, and will not preasure you to buy anything.

Good luck.

Did some digging (earlier forum posts) and found a reply to

from  Sandman:  "Flobeds comes with a convoluted latex topper (not sold seperately as far as I know), which they tell me has an effective ILD of around 14. "

If I had to call a retailer for every question, what would be the purpose of this forumsurprise? I kinda figured this forums charter was to obtain un-biased information from actual end users.

I just happen to have a sample of that topper. Including the tips of the peaks, it's 2" thick. The peaks rise about 1/2 inch above the main surface and the valleys dip about 1/2 inch below.
